From the beginning

Start from scratch and build the fundamentals.

Back to basics

Beginner body weight, 20 minute workouts.

Strength

Up to 25 mins, strength and resistance based work (without equipment).

Loaded

Our only equipment-based workout; you’ll need dumbbells and a kettle bell.

HIIT

Intervals focus on pumping up your heart rate and max effort in work periods.

Pregnancy

20 minutes of pregnancy safe, body weight work. (Please ensure you’re cleared for exercise)

12 week Postpartum + Core

12 week core + postpartum rehab program - commencing 13 February.
(Older postpartum sessions also available)

Box jam

Combines mostly boxing with a few dance move-esque bodyweight exercises to leave you jammin’!

Yoga

25 minutes with Ainslie includes breath work, a yoga flow and guided relaxation (NEW TIME OF 8PM MONDAY)

Stretch

A 20 minute full body stretch.
