For the week of 24 - 30 March, every LIVE workout we deliver will be on our public Facebook page.
Here’s how you can workout with us this week -

Check out our LIVE timetable so that you’re across what workouts happen when.
If you want to workout LIVE, join us at the specified time on the Facebook page linked above.
Once workouts are delivered, they’ll stay on the Facebook page to access there, but once completed, we’ll also link them on this page (below).
If accessing workouts from this page, you should be able to cast them to your smart TV (look for the cast icon).

Monday 24 March
Box Jam with Jess - try it here (a new window will open)
10 exercises that build. 40on/20 off, then 45 on/15 off. 21 mins, all bodyweight (mid-high intensity, modifiable).
Back to Basics with Natalia - try it here
6 exercises 3x at 40 on/20 off + a back to back finish. 20 mins, all bodyweight (suitable for beginners)
Loaded with Leece - try it here
8 moves paired with a 40 on/20 off interval. 4 mins EMOM to finish. Dumbbells only; 20 minutes.
Tuesday 25 March

7 exercises 40 on/20 off into 30 on/10 off. Dumbbells only, 21 minutes.
Strength with Leece - try it here
5 moves ‘pyramid’ style. All bodyweight and modifiable, 20 minutes.
Wednesday 26 March

10 exercises, use of incline optional; 20 minutes bodyweight.
Hybrid35 with Jess - try it here
6 min builder starter, then 28 mins of 45/45 rest 30 mix of weights and bodyweight. 35 minutes.
HIIT (high intensity) with Kirst- try it here
Paired exercises 30/30 rest 20 3x - high impact, high intensity, all bodyweight.
Thursday 27 March
Strength with Char - try it here
Three moves making up 90 on/30 off, 8 rounds. AMRAP finish. All bodyweight, modifiable.
Pilates with Ainslie - try it here
A full body burn starting with deep core. Use of light dumbbells & a cushion (not essential). Go at your own pace and enjoy the sizzle.

20 min pyramid style workout, dumbbell only.

Paired moves, no impact, modifiable. 20 minutes of bodyweight at beginner level.
Saturday 29 March

Paired exercises into 30 sec each, then 20 sec rest. 4x each pair. All bodyweight and scalable, 23 minutes.
Hybrid35 with Kirst - try it here
AMRAP style (as many rounds as possible). A mix of weights and bodyweight, 35 mins in duration.
