  • join our member Facebook group #spreadthesparkle - recommended for the accountability, community, and the option to workout LIVE.

  • LIVE workouts migrate to our website daily (before ~midday) and are found under the workouts tab (member only).

  • view the timetable to get familiar with the workouts. You can read more about each workout here. Workout LIVE orr workout whenever you like.

  • from the beginning (beginner/bodyweight), pregnancypostpartum and hybrid express workouts are pre-recorded (and available only in our website library and not delivered LIVE).
